Her parents and her mother’s parents were very happy to be around her although she was mostly taken care of by babysitters. Her father, Roye Zeve, is an admiral of a sea navy and her mother, Mariah Soberano, a noble who has a high position in her family’s kingdom were both busy in taking care of the matters for their nation. Whenever her parents were around at home, her father was the one who would give the attention while her mother would still be too busy that Quiea thought of being neglected by her. Her father was her first teacher in swimming when she was starting as a child. This inspired her to join swimming competitions and she won most of them. Her father, Roye Zeve, started off as a fisherman’s son and as a commoner. He worked so hard that he managed to get into the Arcadia University. Then he met Mariah along the way. They started off as lovers. However, Mariah was holding a noble title that her family disapproved of Roye in an instant. But that didn’t stop the commoner in proving himself to be the perfect man for their daughter. After graduation, he managed to get into the sea army navy then he got promoted. Years later, he received Soberano's blessing. They got married after they went through a lot of political conflicts and such since the Soberano’s daughter would be sealing a commoner’s family name.
